Looking at Canning number against his pitches. He needs to rework his slide/cutter. IF its cutter, ditch it or command it better, and if its slider, work on getting the movement back or ditch it. 

Hitter's are destroying his Slider/cutter, while  struggling against  his Curve and change.  22% of his pitches have been that awful slider.

It’s concerning. Pitchers are making him look foolish lately. He’s got a lot of work to put in.
