police are rarely held accountable for their transgressions.  Reform needs to start there.  I’m not under the illusion that this kind of thing will immediately clear up the current rioting.  But maybe it’s something for the more earnest protestors.  There are real grievances that need to be addressed.  Not later, right now.

my wife checks a community forum pretty often. getting word from one of the local stores that looters and protestors are headed to glendale.

saw pictures on twitter this morning where protestors had spray painted grafitti on a couple of the monuments.

someone posted "Glendale Galleria Raid! 5/31/20 6pm-closing. Bring tools." They've started boarding up businesses at the Americana.

the national guard is already on colorado ave.
