Fletcher is exactly the guy you want up with Rengifo on first. He can hit behind the runner on a hit and run. He can be patient and go deep into a count to give Rengifo a chance to steal. He can draw a walk. In all if those cases he can get Rengifo into scoring position.

None of those traits baby Huey can do. 

Forrest Ausmus is not a smart man.

What I meant was, Parker was a cheaper option at a late inning guy and better than Allen last season, and this season. 

Parker is sporting a 1.20 ERA with 7 saves.
