The scary thing is that it is a moving target that the team continues to hit.  Prime example is el hombre's shot the other night to put the boys up 2 nil.  Should have been exciting.  I believe I changed the channel as there was nothing fun about it.

I think if the Astros pass the Angels in the standings, that's the lowest point. I wouldn't rule it out.

They would respond by playing as listless and uninspired as they have all year.

Maybe this is why the music and video commercials are so loud at the Big A.  The crowd needs to be kept awake and forced out of their seats to wait in line for an inning to buy a hot dog.  I think the same strategy was used on Noriega back in the day.

I've always rooted for the Angels and always will, but lord knows it's hard to root for players like Hamilton, Blanton, C.J. ect.  (I know CJ pitched well last night; everything about the dude just irritates me.)

 

Plus if more losing means forcing positive changes in the future, then rooting for more losses is the right thing to do.  Sure does suck though.

Sure is a rough time to be a fan - ill say this though no one can accuse me of being fair weather - tomorrow I have an appt to add to my Angels tattoo on my right leg - I'm adding the state logo - yep and I've kept the appt - someday when this team is good again I can say " got this one in 2013"
