Getting only Ohtani's hitting is probably the equivalent of only getting Simmons' defense. 

Or better yet, it's like eating hot dogs. 

It's certainly better than nothing at all, but you'd definitely rather have some prime rib.

It'll be a good addition to the lineup, but we've had a taste of how good he can be when he pitches too.

This whole team probably looks great in "simulated" games... it's the real ones they have a problem with.
