Yeah, I got worried in spring. Stupid me. 

For those that invest in baseball collectibles, note that his auto rookie cards are already expensive. But, the market is so huge when you include Japanese collectors that even if his MLB start is fluky, the floor is probably pretty high too where they wouldn't lose all value. 

I got 3 of Trout's in 2011 for $200, now worth $6k, so I took the leap at $300 on Ohtani for a /99 auto card. Worst case, he eats into my Trout value ha. Only bad investment for me lever Trumbo, but was pretty cheap. 

Not saying to do it, but if you're gonna, I wouldn't wait any longer.
