There should be a statement to the press in a few minutes. San Bruno city manager says "no further threat to the public".

Conflicting reports on how many were shot, anywhere from three to ten people. 

Several witness reports of a white female with dark top and headscarf as the shooter, so there's that. Who knows...

Police chief just spoke to the press: four people shot, varying degrees of injury. Shooter is a woman, and she's dead by self-inflicted gunshot.

Shooting happened at some sort of party. Woman shot her boyfriend and others, then herself.
