Agree 100%. I never even considered that the Angels would be remotely close to  WC contention this time of year. Even though the league has caught up with Bridwell I think he's shown what he can do. Hopefully he makes some adjustments next season. It sure does feel like their true abilities have come to surface.

Hoping the Orioles crush the Yanks this series. In the short-term it doesn't do us any good, but I still don't think the Orioles can hang in there with their pitching, and it'd bring the top WC spot closer for us.

If the Angels do make it to he postseason as a Wild Card team, who do you guys think should be the starter in the do or die game? Leaning towards Richards but a large part of that is that I don't trust anyone else in the starting rotation right now.

Richards first, it isn't even a question unless he's not healthy again.

Then Heaney.

Then one of either Bridwell or Skaggs.

That is your three-man rotation at this moment in time in my opinion.
