Skaggs really gotta use a 3rd pitch more if he's gonna be a starter. His FB/Curve are both good, but you can't hold up in a rotation with only 2 pitches

He needs to locate his FB better. Too many elevated pitches

Skaggs has 4 Ks in his 6 outs so far. He had better improve his efficiency because 38 pitches for two innings won't get him through the fifth.

When Skaggs was like 21, I think people said he's the type of prospect that's gonna be a decent starter in any team in the league. Now he is 25 years old and he is still AA material except for in couple of teams whose starting rotations are devastated. I wonder if he's ever going to have a full season with 10+ wins and 3-4 ERA
