I know Skaggs has been doing well in the minors, but I just have no clue what to expect from him in the majors.  It's been 2 years since he pitched in the bigs, and I think it's fair to say his results up until that point were mixed at best.  Maybe he's figured it all out, and will live up to his potential--just not sure we can count on it to happen.

To be fair, I don't think anyone envisioned an entire starting rotation on the DL after April 1st (Richards, Heaney, Tropeano, Wilson and Skaggs)
