Tropeano to DL with shoulder issue

Leads me to ask:  New pitching coach this season.  Shi!t ton of pitcher injuries.  Any correlation?

This has to be a record to lose 5 starting pitchers in one season. Tropeano, Heaney, Richards, Skaggs. Wilson all down and out.

What is more dangerous, joining the team on a bus or air flight to New York for the next series. Right now I wouldn't share a cab with any of the remaining starting pitchers.

If I had to guess which Angels pitcher would end up having elbow/shoulder problems, Trop would have topped my list. Watching him pitch makes my shoulder hurt. Just unbelievably shitty luck that all of them are going down at the same friggin time

I have to say we are definitely running into some shitty circumstances so far this year. But oddly enough, I feel these guys are gonna fight through it and make things really interesting. I haven't used the word "grit" in a long time when describing the play of this team, but for me this team applies.

Don't know why everyone is getting out of shape, Alden said the MRI showed no structural damage. Until we hear otherwise just give him some rest.

Also this appears to be a clear sign to me that the Angels are posturing for selling mode. Get all of our potential trade chips into the rotation: C.J. Wilson, Jhoulys Chacin, Tim Lincecum, et al. Nick will be back no later than after the trade deadline.
