I am delighted that @realDonaldTrump has agreed to debate. Let’s do it in the biggest stadium possible.

Super smart by Bernie.  Right now he is getting killed in the polls in CA, this gets him a ton of exposure to the media.

Also smart for Trump, Bernie won't get the nom and it hurts Hillary in the long run.

I doubt it ever happens.

$10-15 million to charity.  You would think one of the stations would jump at this opportunity, and that it would be a huge ratings hit.  Then again, you would have to recoup in advertising, and not sure how many big advertisers would want to stick their noses on these two.  (corporations was 100% of the customers, not lose 50% due to who you are backing)

But say the Coliseum, 90k people. Would people shell out an average of $100 to watch this fight?

Smartest thing would be for a Bern supporter to donate $10 million to whatever charity (as long as it's in their name and they are rich enough that $10 million charitable donation is what they would do anyways.  Tax writeoff baby, and they don't have to support either, just say they want to give what the public wants.), and have all the news stations cover it.  This might put him over the edge in California if he fares well against the Don.  And considering the media only follows noises above a certain decible, advertising wise it might be well worth it.

Bernie would need to win California with probably more than 65 percent of the vote to have a chance.

Where did you learn math?

Hillary needs 76 delegates to clinch the nomination so even if she got 0% of the vote in the other 300 or so delegates up for grabs in the first week of June that would still mean that she only needs 16% of the vote in CA (475 delegates).
