Too bad the season started in April. I guess based on your logic Scioscia is a genius for playing Iabenez because since June 16 he has been on base 5 times in 13 plate appearances. That is good for a 384 on base percentage . And OPS of 747. So we should play Iabenez more? He'll no. cowgill deserves his playing his offensive numbers are better than Calhoun and he is a better defender. Calhoun is not being hurt by the platoon. Cowgill stays in rythm and the team is not hurt. So for the love God if you want to complain about Sosh please stick to Iabenez at DH. Or Freese playing over Green. Frieri at closer. All of those are valid complaints.
