POLL: How many games do the Angels win in 2024?

I went with 90-94, with 90 being where I think we will land.  The young guys, O'hoppe, Neto, and Schaunel will step up in their first full seasons, Detmers will pitch well all season, and Trout will be healthy all year.  

I am very optimistic.

I think 75-79 is about right. Pitching staff will be slightly improved with a return to a 5 man but the offense and depth are really suspect.

I could see them be on pace for around 84 wins then trade away the pen at the deadline and win around 78 games.

70.  Ron Washington will manage the hell out of the team.

Wouldnt be surprised if pieces get traded or shutdown towards the end of the season.

Oakland in the division keeps Angels from being referenced as the last-place team.

String of .500 seasons has kept Angels from high draft picks.

This season may allow them to draft higher.

If the team remains somewhat healthy, I can see 82 wins. A Snell or Montgomery and a left-handed power bat would have put them into wildcard contention around 85-87 wins, but probably still missing the playoffs.

That's a pretty even distribution of votes, with the average being on the upper end of 75-79, so probably 78-79 being our consensus prediction.
