I am sure coaches have told these guys to not play hero and play smart but once the cleats hit the clay it dislodges their brain.

The franchise teeters on the edge of disaster, really. They traded away their best prospect to go all-in and pretty much have to play immaculate baseball the rest of the year, and now are on the verge of losing their second straight game since the "Decision Maker Trade."

Oh, and they just lost their second hottest hitter, possibly for the year.
