Why not Fletcher?  I’m discouraged to see Velazquez on the MLB team.  Imagine Walsh and Velazquez back to back at the bottom of the lineup, well it could happen.

Yea, I had forgotten that, probably because of the algorithm of Twitter where I was seeing tweets yesterday about how well Fletcher has been hitting.

Pencil Velazquez into tonight's lineup. Nothing wrong with trying to be preventive with SO on the mound tonight

Herget never really locked into his more or less acceptable form of last year. Spin rate seems down. Control was not as sharp. Hard to say if he'll get another chance. Maybe only if there are a rash of injuries and he does ok at AAA. 

Velasquez was an automatic out last time he was up. Neto really added a lot both at the plate and in the field. Velasquez may be alright in the field, but he's a lost cause as a hitter. Others will have to pick up the slack.

Hitting .214 in Salt Lake so he might have gotten worse.

Rarely ever heard about this type of injury until very recently
