Gaige Grosskreutz took the stand today. He's the guy in the Kenosha riots that got half his bicep blown off by Kyle Rittenhouse in the aftermath of the Jacob Blake shooting last year.

If the jury can keep politics out of it, Kyle's defense should have basically ensured his acquittal today.

About 3 minutes into this is when the judge rips the prosecutor's shit.

 

Note: about 10 minutes earlier the prosecutor had gotten scolded for being "right on the edge" of violating the defendant's 5th amendment rights.

Contradicting the video too. This is one of the dumbest cases to go to trial in a long time. Lol at Rittenhouse being an active shooter. Does this dumbass woman not know the video is easily accessible?
