He will probably sign in SF for $4M and be a top 30 pitcher.

At this point, no. Sandoval has earned one of those 4 rotation spots and I think Suarez has as well. Detmers may vary well take one too so leave that last rotation spot for Bauer or Stroman or some shit. C-Rod and Barria for depth.
