I don't know... I expect that they will ban the shift and pitchers hitting before this happens.

Just not in the cards today. definitely could have gone worse against the Dodgers and Rays this year.

Yea that was a bad called strike at the end but the Rays 6 extra base hits was the real culprit today.

mlb.com shows that last pitch as borderline. Could go either way, too close to take.

If you just spent 3 hours of your life watching a game and it comes down to this, I can see being a bit upset.

Not sure a robot would make a big difference in this case.
