With how locked he is right now I'm seriously guessing he gets at least 12. His swing actually looks somehow even shorter to the ball than it did last season. For all the talk of Bonds and roids, Barry had one of the shortest, most efficient swings I've ever seen.

Still wished they had signed Machado or Harper to play along side of Trout.

I can't quite get over the idea of a lineup next year that would have had Simmons and Trout and Harper (or Machado) and Upton and Ohtani and Adell.

It blows my mind to think of it.

The stat I like the most is Adjusted OPS+.

He's 5th all-time. The four guys in front of him are Ruth, Williams, Bonds, and Gehrig.

That  four game series ops stat is great. I witnessed all of it except the first at bat today.

Totally agree. Bonds had such a short swing, but just massive power. Trout still blows me away on replays with the same thing.

That high fastball he hit out yesterday...its crazy how tucked he keeps his back elbow.

ARod was talking about a homerun that Max Muncy hit last night.   He said he gets power from keeping his elbow tucked.

Listening to the post game on the radio here in Texas the other day and they were talking about walking Trout even with the basesloaded after his grand slam.
