You’d first point made sense. The other two not so much.

 

i was quite impressed with our SP so far and especially our bullpen. It might actually be a strength this year.

So we are just as good as the Astros. That’s what I take away from this record.

Yea, it's frustrating to see. I can't imagine it would be any different with Upton and Ohtani in the lineup either. Not if they can't get base runners on or draw walks. You'd think there would be more of a fire lit under the other guys asses because they know they'll lose their spot in the lineup once people get healthy. So far they aren't showing it, that's for sure.

I took away that the outlook for the line up is bleak as fu*ck without Ohtani and Upton.

Really struggled the last 2 innings and I assume he was probably on a pitch count limit since his spring was delayed a bit. Think he had around 86 pitches

Just a garbage showing these four games, awful bats, pitcher getting rattled after a guy gets on. Just terrible.

Pitching was fine, bullpen was great, hitting sucked.  We gave up a total of 12 runs over 4 games.

I really think our bullpen has the potential to be something special. I’m only worried about Allen.
