Hoping Ohtani is just having some nerves at this point. His stuff has looked fine, but he's really struggled with location - almost reminds me of some of his criticism in spring. Really hoping he can manage to get some of the control he had against Oakland - we know its there, I distinctly remember him painting the corners with 100 MPH fastballs.

I don't think it's nerves. Dude's a rookie who barely pitched last season. Just standard growing pains/development with a young player/pitcher
