Hey fuckface, their are some threads, that don't need your input, thanks.

I would usually be offended by such a comment, but I'm not in this instance.

Just a couple years ago, Chris Cornell performs live with his daughter on stage.

Kid's got some pipes.  Wish he'd shut up and let her have the stage!

Just kidding.  What a wonderfully touching moment between and father and his daughter.  It only adds to the sadness.

Was gonna post this -- its rare that a cover blows away the original but that is far and away my favorite version of that song..     JR Richards of Dishwalla did an amazing cover of a George Michael song after his death too.   But man, this cover just owns...

I agree

Loved this guy's music.

But damn, it's hard for me to like him now as he checked out on a family, especially two daughters who he was very close with.

I don't get it. All the fame, money, health and a great family and life, only to check out of the lives of those who loved you immensely. Coward.

Chuck - I had the same reaction as you and was told by a few people that I was too harsh - but it's a normal reaction . I'm a professional musician but not of his fame level - hard to imagine not loving that life - I wonder about the drugs he was prescribed or what his mental state was - was he mentally ill ?
