This needs to play itself out but, as much as this team is struggling, if Lincecum is solid in 4/5 starts, if you could flip him for a good prospect, I'd consider it....OTOH, the rotation is so up in the air right now and for next year, we probably don't need to be flipping anybody who is productive.....at least we'll know something about Heaney and Richards fairly soon....
