Coming into today there were only two pitchers to have thrown at least 10 IP this year with a worse xFIP than Weaver - Cory Rasmus and Eric Surkamp. Weaver has been terrible yet somewhat fortunate before today and just straight terrible today.

Last year after 26 games we were 7 games back this year we are only 3 games back. Those 4 games would have been enough to win the division last year.
