The article limits it to deer, elk and moose. They took off bears, sheep and bobcats because they were worried that people would intentionally hit them and it could seriously impacts those animals and their populations.

Seriously, Morrissey has some of the best song titles, in a laughably mopey way.  I can't understand why he appeals so much to Mexicans, unless it's something to do with repressed homosexuality.

Yeah, it's only Mexican guys that dig him too. One of my favorite Morrissey song titles is "Life Is A Pigsty."
