Russia has weakened ISIS more than any other country by going after their oil sales. I'm not a Putin fluffer, but he has a no BS policy against the Sunni inserection in Syria which is more than I can say for our State Department.

thats fairly relative tho.  The Russians did bomb ISIS but they also really went after the other Syrian rebel groups.  Despite their efforts ISIS remains fairly potent and now more then ever more so then the other Syrian rebels due to the Russian strikes against them.
