Featherston is useless. No playoff contender would just waste an entire roster spot all year on somebody who offers so little to the team. He can't hit his weight....hell, he can't even hit Dee Gordon's weight, and he's an idiot on the bases

Those questions should have been dealt with in April - June.  Now you're only a couple of weeks away from roster expansion, and he's on a non-playoff team.  Next year he can go do the minor league development he should have had in the first place.  In reality, he's a couple of weeks away from being a minor leaguer again.  Hopefully he will do well enough in AA or AAA to be a trade chip.  This team needs to start making moves for 2016, not 2015.
