Looks like the program worked. All the rest is bullshit made up by the father to prevent his brat son from being punished.

What better way to use restorative discipline than to make the punishment fit the crime. If you make mess somewhere, you get to clean something. Might teach them a bit more respect for service people at the school, like the custodians.

Of course, these are parents that want everyone to have a trophy and kids are punished with timeouts.
