I'm guessing that you're going to get banned for this. This is shameful - even if you're trolling and this is just satire, portraying the worst of the most narrow minded fundamentalism.

Either way, you're going way too far. This is hateful and despicable and has absolutely nothing to do with what Jesus taught.

It's shameful because we live in an insane modern world. Open homosexuals parading in the street half naked decorated in dildos ought to be executed.

AJ not sure why you feel the need to mock. Your opinion is respected. BaseballMom, Christ looks at an individual's heart and that's all that matters for your Uncle.

Where was I mocking? If I was mocking it was probably in passing.

But this is a very serious issue, or at least one that I take very seriously. I strongly advocate gay rights and the "naturalness' of homosexuality, in a similar way that I advocate for equal rights of women and all races and ethnicities. In religious terms, we are all God's children, all children of the Earth - and (If there's a God) he/she/it loves all of us, regardless of our sexual preference. Did not God, as all-powerful, create homosexuality?

Or its funny. But you realize why (some) gay men do that sort of thing, right? Because of the hate they've received from people like you, or even the soft hate of subtle prejudice. They've had to reclaim their power, and they flaunt their sexuality as a big "F U" to those that fear, misunderstand, and hate them for who they are. Like yourself.

Out of curiosity, which church do you belong to?

I belong to a Society of St Pius X Church somewhere on the East Coast.

The grinding grain for us men comment. Yes he does love us, everyone was made in his image. God judges based on a person's heart. Guys like Bakunin are not a fair representation of the rest of us. I have never said I hate anyone nor will I ever. Although the Red Sox are borderline.

OK, fair enough. But if we take a literalist interpretation of the Bible we end up with something that would be called sexist, no?

I realize that Bakunin doesn't represent you and most Christians - don't worry!

You don't know my story. I was robbed 3 years ago on two separate occassions and after became very interested in HBD and what makes people do what they do. I became a race realist shortly after, interested in national socialism and so on. I have ended up a traditional Catholic who does not recognize the Pope as legitimate, and a stern Monarchist. I really DO think these things. Nothing you can do can change that.

Why is your handle a Russian social anarchist?

OK, so you're a white supremacist. Good to know. All from being robbed? Poor guy, you're like Remy in Higher Learning (a young white guy who, after having a bad experience with some black students and feeling lost and alone, is taken in by neo-Nazis).

That's for another thread. There's the whole New Testament law and no longer being bound by the Old Testament laws. I'm not a bible scholar so I'm not the one for that.

Ok so Women shouldn't be priests?  They should just sit in church and be quiet?

Do you really believe that?

The fact is there many things written in the bible that used to be law, whether 100 years ago or 1500 years ago that are now so ridiculous that they are not followed.  Like wearing mixed cloth, women in church, etc.  In 25 more years, gays will be in that same category.  If you want to have faith and beliefs that is fine, but don't lecture other people about how to live their lives, don't make laws around that, when clearly the teachings of the bible were based on 2000 years ago and not present day.

Adam and Eve was as much about men and women as it was men and goats, and men and cows, etc.

Even more so, Adam and Eve existed in so called "pagan" religions long before Christianity came along.  In fact, most of those Pagan settlements were slaughtered in the name of Christianity during Rome's prominence.

AJ, here is my experience with the conversations and questions that I have had in the past that are extremely similar to this one.

I have learned that it is impossible to argue or debate anyone into the kingdom of God.  There is no value in an empty debate which is futile on my end and on yours.  For some reason you are bothered by my religious beliefs.  That really is your problem, no?

I'm always bewildered at how Christians are always accused at shoving their beliefs down other's throats, yet the opposite seems to occur a whole bunch.  Like in this thread.

That isn't fact Nate.  I can see your getting a little too emotional about this.  Maybe we should drop it.  Atheists can get pretty sensitive about their beliefs.  :)

MT, I'm not particularly bothered by your beliefs. You just seem unwilling to actually discuss them.

p.s. We all live in the "Kingdom of God" - its call the cosmos. Whether you believe God is the creator that exists separate from the creation (Abrahamic religions) or you believe that the world is the visible expression of God, the body of God if you will (Hinduism), or if you don't believe in any kind of supernatural being but believe that "God" refers to the ultimate principle of life and reality itself (Science/Atheism), it amounts to the same thing - the world itself is "God's world," so you can't argue me into the kingdom of God, nor can I "get out" of the kingdom of God.

But then again, I'm basically a Panentheist.

There you go again, resorting to insults. Why do you always do this rather than address the actual point or question that was brought up? Do you realize that it makes you seem evasive, like you don't want to deal with what is actually being said/asked?

I was a leftist who hated the West because it was the West, but then I learned that the West now is a rejection of the West. I still sympathize with anarchist-syndicalism namely. I still have very good friends of all races.

When you say "the West now is a rejection of the West," what to you is the true West?

I'm pretty sure nate understands I was joking with him.  As he does with me.  Hence the smiley face.

and you are right, I've stated why I don't really want to discuss them, it is pointless.  Not to mention you've spent a good portion of this thread mocking my beliefs with others, why should I wish to discuss it with you?

Europe until the French Revoultion. I had found out that the West in it's current form was a rejection of the West before. The French Rev changed everything for the worst.

For some reference, I read,

Revolt Against the Modern World by Julius Evola.

The Republic by Plato.

Everlasting Man by GK Chesterton.

These were eye openers. Orthodoxy by GK Chesterton is what made me convert to Catholicism almost over night.

Some good authors there. Evola is interesting, although a mixed mag. Plato is, of course, Plato. I've never read Chesterton, but every time I come across a quote by him I'm blown away.

Not sure how all of this relates to monarchy, "race realism," and hatred of homosexuals, though!
