Sam Boyd Stadium is about as bad as it gets. Can it even hold over 40,000?  That would be the worst conference championship.

 

They need to hold it in a big venue.  I am pretty sure the other big conferences all hold it in an NFL stadium.....I am pretty sure the PAC does not want to have it in a MWC stadium.

Anyways, it is the appearance.  Having your title game at Sam Boyd stadium is a complete joke.

If either of those two or an Oregon school made it, they'll eclipse that easily.

What do you base this off of? Plenty of P12 schools can sell out a 70K NFL Stadium easily.

Not when travel is involved.  20k was an exaggeration but I don't see them selling 70k seats.  I think 40-50k is about right.

 

Especially when two of the next three conference champ games are on a Friday night.
