The Angels should put a figure of $1 out there for Jepsen, that way if he comes up with some $1 million figure, the Angels will only have to pay him $1 (this was an attempt at humor, I know they can't pay him only $1).

I doubt the Angels go to arbitration with any of these guys. Dipoto has been pretty good at getting contracts with arbitration eligibles since he's been here.

This is a very likely scenario. 

 

I feel more comfortable giving Salas a shot. Jepsen has had more than his fair share of chances to succeed here and it hasn't happened.
