Boardwalk Empire-new season starts sunday

Should be another good season. I read that Nucky's part is being cut down a bit in favor of giving more storylines to Capone, Rothstein, Luciano, and the rest of the crew.

 

IMHO this is HBO's best series since The Sopranos

I think it will be easier to pick up this season than any other. There were very few cliffhangers from last season.

If you have HBO, all of the old episodes are on HBO Go.  Might be worth going back and watching them before this season, just to get acquainted with the history and characters.

 

Like NJ said, I think you could probably just start watching now without being too confused.

Good start to the season for Harrow. Three killed already.

I think we have seen the last of Margaret.

That new FBI agent looks like he could go far with his naive rookie image

Great start!  Harrow is a bad ass as usual.  Will be really interesting to see where his story goes.

 

I would imagine Margaret will pop up somewhere.

Margaret will be back, they'll close off her character properly I think.

Awesom first episode, loved the interaction between Capone and his brothers. Loved Harrow as well.

Frank Capone was a good character, but I guess you can only change real life so much.

I know Al Capone was over the top IRL but the whole coked up Capone seems a little over done.

 

Gretchen Moll's heroin induced downward spiral was not a surprise.  Don't know what they have planned for Capt Nixon in that storyline.  I would imagine he has devious plans.

 

I would imagine Eli is going to be really pissed at Nucky when he finds out what happened.

 

Also, what is Nucky going to do to Doyle?
