Biggest improvement, 2013 to 2014?

Who will show the biggest improvement from 2013 to 2014?

Trout. He will hit .380 with 40hr and 140rbi coming in second to Miggy in all three categories.

I'm guessing Pujols. The plantar fasciitis issue has apparently been bothering him for a long time, and now he is forced to let it heal.

If pujols doesn't play the rest of the year I choose him.  If he does play again this year I choose Hamilton.

I would think he'll be more likely to decline.

I picked Richards because I think he is immensely underrated and he has a good repetoire of pitches that are all above average. He keeps a decently low walk rate combined with a good strikeout rate and has high heat for a starter (~95mph).

 

Others I would pick would be Hamilton, Blanton, Dane De La Rosa (who will play a prominent late inning role for us), and Jerome Williams.

I really think it will be Hamilton. Like I said in another thread I think he will be back to being a very good player. He may not be a 40 home run guy, but he certainly can get back to a 30 home run guy. A slightly better version of Trumbo.

I want Blanton to win double digits out of the pen next year, ala Scot Shields. (I am in no way saying that he is anywhere near as good as Shields)

I think Trumbo will have the biggest leap of improvement. He will see a lot better pitches because everyone around him will be performing. If Hamilton could just hit Colons weight I would be happy.

Hell if Trout hit Colon's weight we would all be happy. The last person to do it was Ted Williams, although Gwynn came close and so did George Brett.

if pujols can recover from his injury then i think he'll improve the most. hamilton's skill set isn't going to age very well.
