1. Matt Garza - could require a similar deal to CJ Wilson or Anibal Sanchez (5 years 80 million)

2. Hiroki Kuroda - best pitcher by far but he will be 39 and probably doesn't want to leave NY.

3. Ervin Santana - hard to predict what you will get out of him

4. AJ Burnett

5. Josh Johnson

6.Tim Lincecum

Id stay away from FA for starting pitchers.

Dbacks are pretty much trying to give away Kennedy and considering Dipotos ties, i wouldnt be surprised if we looked into him. Wouldnt be bad as a 4 starter, but if Kennedy and Richards are our 4/5, we better be able to get a very solid 2 starter with Wilson as our 3
