Rosenberg is definitely doing his best to fit in with the rest of the Angels rotation: immediately blew the lead the offense gave him.

The waiver rule seems unfair. It would make more sense for the lower ranked team to get one pick first, and then the next lowest team to get the 2nd pick and so on.

Why is the lowest ranked team able to pick up as many as they want?

Cleveland is not much of an upgrade, so three of them will still miss the playoffs.
