Gameday Thread: (8/19/23 Game 2 6pm): Rays @ Angels: Sandoval on the mound, Adams in CF

mlb network has been covering this off an on.  they decided to switch over to extended coverage a couple mins ago when the runner advanced to 2nd on the weird of error and then the homer for 15-1.  seems kinda cruel of mlb network, imo.

And to add insult to injury, I have to watch the game with the Tampa feed. It seems everytime the Angels are broadcast on a Canadian sports network (few are far between)  they use the feed of the other team. When the games are on MLB Extra Innings (this series isn't shown)  it's always the home broadcast. So I haven't seen an Angel feed in almost a month.

Of course not. But isn't this supposed to be a playoff contender? If so, Adams shouldn't be out there. If not, well...

What Adams needs is the ability to react to a play and, if he doesn't make it, his team bails him out. In my opinion and from what I've seen, Sandoval hasn't helped there.
