Using this logic, if a fundamentalist Christian buys an airline, he can then assert that federal safety regulations regarding aircraft violate his religious beliefs and therefore the airline should not be subject to them.

100% agreed. The logic sucks. However, this is a slippery slope argument because women having to pay for birth control out of pocket is not nearly as ridiculous as an airline that doesn't uphold federal safety regulations.

 

I wonder, how many women that work for Hobby Lobby are actually upset over this?
