Coming to Anaheim for home opener!

Hey Guys!

haven’t been to Anaheim since 2009. Coming from Ontario Canada from Thursday to Monday. Can’t wait to cheer against the jays!

Since it’s been so long, is there some cool spots to hit up!? Used to hit up a bar back then, that had a bus to the stadium. Best restaurants and so on. love beer and metal music!

Thanks again!!

Right across the street from the stadium, just a walk through the parking lot to the big A is Karl Strauss Brewing Company (Good beer and great food). There's also Golden Road Brewery and Noble Ale Works that come highly recommended. I'll defer more choices and recs to @ScottT, @James and other locals.

IMO, Noble has seen its better days, I wouldn't recommend at this point. The main advantage is the free parking for games. Brewheim is very close to the stadium as well. Haven't been there but they do have a new brewer from Oceanside who is pretty solid. Not a big fan of Golden Road for many reasons but lots do go there to pregame and its very convenient. Really just depends how important the beer quality is for you. I would probably go to Strauss if I wanted to park and walk over and not have to deal with an uber.

If you are looking for great beer and willing to Uber, I would highly suggest heading to the Anaheim Packing House and hitting up Monkish (Unsung is right there as well and Rad Beer is down the street) or go over to Green Cheek in Orange (not far from the stadium but hours arent conducive to pre gaming on weekdays). Those are two world class breweries nearby.

Thank you so much for the input!! We're going to be ubering all over so Definitely going to check a lot of these places out!

If you happen to hit up the Roger Dunn in Mission Viejo for your golfing needs around 5:30 PM, you might bump into Garret Anderson. But tread carefully. He doesn't always take kindly to fans approaching him in public.
