Yes, to be exact he would be a weak hitting shortstop.

They are praising the throw from Ward but it was up the line a bit and short hopped Stassi. It was a nice play by Stassi. This is the same type of play we've seen Suzuki not make which has lead to a lot of criticism of the throw. Same throw, different catcher, different result.

After the game Stassi had a few days ago, I think singing his praises should be put on hold for a while.

I am just tired of the group players that represent the biggest issue with this team, hitters that are just not dangerous at all allowing pitchers to just eat them alive with no fear of having their mistake crushed.

It’s frustrating, I know….have to hope Rendon finally gets healthy and Trout can be something approaching Trout…it wouldn’t hurt if Adell finally figures things out…
