I just checked Marcus Semien's stats -- he's having a pretty mediocre year: .237/.297/.393, 96 wRC+, 2.0 WAR. 

He's really only had two great years, 2019 (6.6 WAR) and '21 (6.2). Every other season 2.9 or lower. Wonder if that contract is going to hurt by this time next year, or if he's every-other-year kind of player.
