This pitching matchup is not ideal IMO.

Hopefully Taylor Ward can get things going - he's been in an terrible slump, hitting .140/.189/.220 in 53 PA since May 26, and 0-13 in his last three games.

Marsh has also been really sucky: .208/.259/.307 in 108 PA since May 15. He's becoming the outfield version of Andrew Velazquez, and overall looks more like a great 4th outfielder than a good starter. I know, sacrilege - and he's one of my favorite players. But his overall performance this year isn't really any better than last year.

Loup:  10.0 IP, 9.00 ERA, 16 Hits, 6 BB, 11 SO, 2.20 WIP

Tepera:  13.1 IP, 6.75 ERA, 15 Hits, 5 BB, 11 SO, 1.50 WIP

Gilbert is 2-0 lifetime against the Angels, and has only given up 1 home run in five home starts this season.  Can we please manufacture some runs and not really rely so much on home runs.

With Dunkin the first one is dry and tasteless so you throw away the other two and look for donuts from a local shop.

The slumps of Ward and Marsh are almost 4 weeks which should be concerning.  Ward maybe dye to inconsistent playing time due to his injuries. 

However it is called an average for a reason.   Hot and cold us common among hitters.
