At a certain point, these decisions are reflective of the Organizational Culture and Decisionmaking.  People thought it would get better with Scoscia gone.  Now we have to look at those above the Manager.  Splash money on big name signings.  But No real plan for winning, now or longer term. Just ride the Trout Train until he's tired or ready to retire.

It would have been funny if Rendon played through the injury all season and done poorly as a result.  Then announced at the end of the year that he need surgery and was going to miss the first couple months of next season.

As an aside, I think he was playing injured. I saw a pic of his wrist from when they wore the City Connect uniforms, and it looks really weird/deformed.
