Shuck isn't playing because he is a lefty and CC is pitching. Probably the same reason Hamilton isn't playing.

Schuck's numbers are very similar against LHP's as they are against RHP's. Harris' numbers are terrible against LHP's (a lot worse than his numbers against RHP's). It's sad that the The guy that was signed for 125 million should platoon against LHP's (actually he should be a bench player) in his first year of his contract.
