I'll definitely see it if it hits Rifftrax because the movies got worse with the two sequels.  I'm not particularly optimistic with most long gapped sequels.

I looked it up, and according to Fishburne, he wasn't even asked.  And he put it square on the Wachowskis.  

The odd thing about it was, Fishburne said these comments as he was finishing up filming for the next John Wick movie.  So obviously Keanu has no problem working with him, and you can't say it was a scheduling conflict.

I think it's a different timeline.  Or a reboot of the timeline.  I can't remember the exact quote in the first or second or third one.  But they were talking about how this was itineration # so and so.  Where the first one was everyone was happy, and the matrix came crashing down because people couldn't handle it.

Yes. But only if you like over-the-top action movies.

I feel like he's going to be in it but as a surprise.

He's just as important to the movies as Keanu is. You can't just...not cast him.

I hope you are right.  The preview just seemed wrong without him.

Maybe they just use deleted scenes from the previous movies, or CGI him like Carrie Fisher in Star Wars.
