Is Rengifo’s arm strong enough to play the OF?    Lagares is truly a 4th OF, albeit good defensively.

I hope they use him as the 4th infielder for now, send Wong down when Rendon is back, then give him a run at shortstop when/if we trade Iglesias. Give him two or three months of regular playing time to see if he can transfer his minors form to the majors. I'm really hoping the Angels are not a part of this off-season's free agent SS bonanza and I think we need a good Rengifo to make sure of that.

If not mistaken Rendon is still part of 25 man roster.  I say send Wong down and bring up Thaiss.  Platoon Walsh for now

Last night Rengifo was 2-4 with an RBI and 2 runs scored. He even knocked a runner in with two outs, the biggest gripe is stranding runners in RISP opportunities.

Ward is hot, Ohtani is hot, Hunter is hot, Fletcher is hot, Stassi is hot, if Rengifo can add offense like last night then the Angels can post some big numbers even with Walsh being ice cold the last couple weeks.

The sad part is Wong is a good defensive infielder but his bat is doing nothing right now and unlike Ward that had a long leash because there was little else for right field, I don't see Wong getting the playing time to get a rhythm going. Unfortunately he had to hit the floor running but ended up flat on his face.
