Upon release, I would have watched Inception a few times to try and figure it out.  So 24 hours probably would have been easy with that one.  Matrix upon release would be another one.

But now, Blazing Saddles would be an easy one to watch for 24 hours.  Spaceballs, Caddyshack.  Blues Brothers would be like having a soundtrack on autoplay.

This reminds me of when HBO did that special viewing of The Godfather where they played all three movies in a row, but every scene was adjusted to be in chronological order. I was going to try it one weekend but that set of three in the new format was going to end up being just over 8 hours straight, if I remember correctly.

One could do that three times and accomplish the OP, which wouldn't be bad.
