I just got back from living in Paris for a while and this is exactly how we felt walking through an area near the porte de clignancourt metro station.

It was crazy.

the scones were.... fantastic.

because they use real butter there. so its got a legit flavor, as opposed to the chalky tease muffin quality of 'merican freedom scones.

i have yet to try authentic scones from their place of origin though, rhodesia, so i can't give a full analysis just yet.

but hopefully some day.. some day.
