The Padres clinched yesterday with 6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6,6.

Petty much all relievers and the winning pitcher got one out.

Well, the Mark of the Beast times three will get you far.

But seriously, Zach Davies had a 2.73 ERA this year; Dinelson Lamet, 2.09. Clevinger for 4 starts, 2.84. Richards was solid at 4.03. The Padres have a very good rotation.

I agree with Fletcher that it’s always better to be good but not great with no weak link that blows up the pen every 5 days. If you can snag an ace along the way then go for it but shore up the weaknesses first.
