I actually thought I got rid of the word filters long ago, but since my account doesn't see the word filters in action, when someone types a word that I had a filter on, I see what they intended to type, not the word that I had it changed to on the backend. 

All of that said, if this gets out of hand on the main board I'll put it back. I don't care how many F-bombs are dropped in other forums here as 93.87 pct. of our daily guests (non-members) read just the Angels forum.

A great article on Politico today about how it would only take three Republican Senators along with the Democrats to oppose the impeachment rules resolution and force the Senate vote on impeachment to be secret ballot.  Many heads on this site and cable TV would explode if that scenario came to pass.  The article also talks about how it might be better for Trump to take the Spiro Agnew route and get pardons for any federal, state or city crimes in  return for resigning.

No but politicians will buy votes to get something they want passed or sell their vote to someone else who wants to get something passed.  Hang Trump out to dry but let's be honest, quid pro quo is synonymous with politics.  I'm sure a chunk of our debt and spending can be attributed to political back scratching, pork barrel spending, call it what you want.

Can't go wrong with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. It's an American craft beer classic. It tastes great, it's cheap, and perfect for for times like golfing, or tailgating, when you're not really to throw down a bunch of 7-9%ers.
